Monday Abstract
I kind of feel obligated to assure you that the below shot is not a post-production creation–this is simply a picture of a light fixture with a very high-temperature setting for the white balance. All vignetting, shading, and colorization is from the exposure alone.
To the person always asking for more colorful posts–is this bright enough for you?

There’s No Light On The Other Side Of The Tunnel
This was one of those shots that made for quite the spectacle, baffling all who strolled past: “Why is that guy laying on the ground taking a bunch of pictures of piping and garbage,” I could hear them thinking. Their inquisitiveness quickly turned to fear when I could be heard uttering, “Uh. Perfect! These pipes! They’re….they’re just perfect!”

Shadows; Construction Site
There are a lot of different aspects to the framing of this shot. The distorted effect is created from shooting through two tarps (on both sides of the fence), with a light illuminating the area from behind the two ladders. To further complicate the shot, I managed to frame it in a way that made it also resemble window frames. Only post-editing was saturation and contrast.
